Sol Roberton (Aliathlon Bowls Club, Paphos) and Loukas Paraskeva (Aphrodite Bowls Club,
Erimi) will be representing Cyprus at the upcoming World Indoor Bowls Championships, to
be held in Aberdeen in April 2025.

Sol and Loukas were the National Singles Champions at the end of the 2023-2024 bowls season. 32 countries will be represented at the six day event, which will be live streamed.

The current World Bowls series no.1 ladies bowler Malaysia’s Nor Farrah Abdulla will be hoping to defend her title.

Scotland’s Stewart Anderson who is competing for the men has previously been a
three times World Indoor Bowls Champion, in singles and mixed pairs.

Sol and Loukas will be competing in the ladies and gents singles competitions as well as the
mixed pairs.
