Hollywood newbie Helena Zengel describes acting opposite Tom Hanks

Hollywood has great expectations of young Berlin-born actress Helena Zengel.

While she is only 12, she most recently starred opposite acting legend Tom Hanks in ‘News of the World’, a Western co-written and directed by Paul Greengrass.

The film follows a Civil War veteran who must return a young girl taken in by Native Americans to her last remaining family members.

As part of her preparation, Zengel, who formed a special bond with Hanks, had to learn a completely new language in just three weeks, and was recently nominated for a Golden Globe for her performance.
