How kids are contributing to meeting Global Goals

Hey kids, never forget that you have the power to make a difference in each of the Global Goals of humankind – including Goal 13 – which aims to take effective action against climate change.

In this video, we meet Jordanian climate activist, Dharma Abu Hijleh, who highlights some of the incredible actions young people have been taking towards their environment-oriented mission, as well as a range of related Global Goals.

The Global Goals – also known as the Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs – are a set of universal goals and targets adopted by 193 UN member states that outline a vision for the future for people and the planet. They replace the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which expired in 2015.
