First Limassol Book Fair coming to seaside location

As the festival season is about to begin, and this summer’s choices are bound to be fruitful as many make their comeback, a brand-new festival will hold its first edition. The 1st Limassol Book Fair this autumn happening under the auspices of the Limassol Municipality, and in conjunction with a host of strategic partners from the private and public sectors. Mark your calendars for November 25, 26 and 27 at Carob Mills, in the historic medieval castle area of Limassol.

With Bridges as the core theme for this year, the fair aims at attracting book industry professionals, publishers, booksellers, municipalities, cultural institutions, authors, artists, children, adults, parents and book lovers and entrance to the festival is free.

The team behind the Limassol Book Fair consists of a diverse group of people, from a variety of fields, including publishing, writing, communication, business, technology and culture. The fair aspires to become a regional communications hub where neighbouring stakeholders can meet and share insights on mutual issues concerning Letters, Books, and Culture in general.

With many moons remaining until the dates of the festival, the team is preparing the details and activities that will take place with an agenda expected soon.
