Thousands of bullets and hunting cartridges stolen in Limassol

A total of 114,000 thousand bullets and 50,000 hunting cartridges were stolen from a container of a licensed seller and importer in Limassol, police said on Wednesday.

The theft reported by the 64-year-old owner of the company who said the robbery took place between October 5 and 19 from a container outside his premises.

Police said the security mechanism on the door of the container had been busted open.

The stock was worth in total €28,000.
