Crews continued a search for a missing 70-year-old woman for the third day on Wednesday who was last seen on Sunday when she went for a swim at the Phinikoudes beach in Larnaca.

Marine police patrol boats, jet skis, helicopters, drones, lifeguards, and volunteers, have been used in the search since Sunday but have so far found no sign of the woman.

The search extended to Pervolia in Larnaca and Cape Greco in the Famagusta district. On Wednesday, crews planned to search the Kiti area and the Liopetri river.
