The Cyprus problem, bilateral affairs, and the crisis in the Ukraine will be the focus of meetings during a working visit by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Aleksey Yu. Meshkov, it was announced on Wednesday.
According to an official press release, Meshkov will be received on Thursday by President Nicos Anastasiades and will also hold a meeting with Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides.
His visit takes place in the framework of the bilateral protocol for political consultations, signed between the two foreign ministries in 1994.
The consultations will be held between delegations headed by Permanent Secretary Alexandros Zenon and the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister.
