Admission/Discharge/Billing:
Admissions: You need to bring your ID card or passport. If you have insurance bring your insurance documents (policy number) or insurance card. You will have to sign some forms for your admission. In case you will be admitted for a scheduled operation you will need to inform the doctor so that you can arrange a preauthorisation from your insurance.
Discharge: You will need to sign the discharge form
Billing: If we have preauthorisation the patient does not pay anything – in case they have excess the amount has to be paid upon discharge. If the patient is not covered an insurance an advance is needed and will need to settle their invoice upon discharge
