18 migrants arrive in Kato Pyrgos


Eighteen Syrian migrants arrived in the Kato Pyrgos area through the north on Thursday morning.

According to police, the male migrants were spotted at 1.30am at Steradja coastal area in Kato Pyrgos, after arriving on the island by boat in Limnitis.

The migrants were transferred to the Kokkinotrimithia migrant camp.

Police said all measures against the spread of coronavirus will be implemented.
