Pressure-cooker coq au vin with brown butter parsley pasta

In this video, cookbook author and YouTube food channel host Donal Skehan demonstrates how to make a delicious, slightly-simplified version of coq au vin, using a pressure cooker.

The dish relies on a full-bodied wine like a Malbec or Cabernet Sauvignon to infuse the chicken with depth and richness. Skehan pairs it with pappardelle pasta but, if preferred, you can also partner it with crusty bread to mop up the sauce.
