Smiths and legends: Will, Jada and fam’s tasteful excesses

The Smith clan is worth about $416 million, with patriarch and Hollywood A-lister Will worth $350 million, while actress and show host wife Jada is worth about $50 million. The couple’s actor-musician-entrepreneur son Jaden is worth about $8 million, while their singer-songwriter daughter Willow is worth about $6 million. Will’s oldest son Trey, meanwhile, is worth about $2 million.

Will, Jaden, and Willow have earned megabucks from music. Jaden has also earned millions starring alongside his father in blockbuster movies like ‘After Earth’. For her part, Jada has had a successful film and TV career, and currently hosts a successful talk show with Willow on Facebook.

In terms of leisure, the family spends vast chunks of cash on trips, real estate, cars and high-end fashion. In fact, the Smith family home in Calabasas, California is so large that it has its own zip code, with the property itself being worth $42 million. Meanwhile, in 2019, Will rented a superyacht so his family could go on an epic European vacation. The lavish trip cost Will $500,000 per week.

Then there are the wheels… Jaden drives around in a bright pink Tesla model X worth $100,000, while Will’s pride and joy is his vintage, cherry-red 1965 Ford Mustang. Will also owns a Cadillac Escalade, a Lincoln Navigator, a Bentley Azure and a $600,000 Rolls Royce Ghost. For her part, Willow lives in a $3.1-million eco-friendly home in Malibu, California and drives a $120,000 Porsche Cayenne Turbo, which she received as a gift from her parents on her 16th birthday.

Finally, there’s the philanthropy. In addition to supporting a range of charities, in 1996, the power couple founded the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation, a non-profit that connects youth with mentors in the entertainment industry, giving talented young people access to a wide range of professions within the creative arts.
