Cyprus takes part in multinational military exercise

For the fifth year in a row, the air force of the national guard is taking part in the multinational military exercise Iniohos, which takes place every year in Greece.

According to the ministry of defence the exercise started on April 12 and will run until April 22 throughout Greece.

In addition to Greece and Cyprus, France, Israel, Spain, the UAE, the US and Canada will take part.

The Cyprus air force will take part with an AW-139 helicopter between Saturday and next Thursday, while on the day for VIP guests Cyprus will be represented by Chief of the National Guard Lieutenant General Demokritos Zervakis and the Commander of Aviation Administration.
