Admission/Discharge/Billing:
When applicable, we accept all private health insurance plans and valid travel insurance policies. Our administration department is responsible for the notification of the insurance company and for sending all the required documents, medical reports and medical expenses to the travel insurance company. When the patients are discharged, we settle all the valid claims directly with the insurance company. When policy excess prepayment is necessary, we issue an invoice for the paid amount. We accept cash and all valid credit / debit cards as payment methods. Payment is due upon discharge.

A team of doctors is employed full time at Elpis Medical Centre along with a number of visiting doctors and consultants covering the wide range of specialties required for a medical centre. The team of highly qualified and experienced doctors, nurses and supporting personnel are always available to provide medical services of highest standard
