Thousands of euros in valuables stolen from Peyia home

A Peyia resident reported to police that €19,000 worth of valuables had been stolen from his home while he was absent on Wednesday noon.

The man said the stolen goods included electronic equipment, various other valuable items, and around €1,000 in cash.

Police determined that the thief or thieves had broken into the house through a sliding door.
