Pensioner missing in Limassol

Police are asking for help locating 85-year-old Giorgos Pateras, who has been missing from his daughter’s home in Limassol since 8:30pm Tuesday.

The man is described as 1.70 metres tall, slightly stout, with short white hair and a light beard.

When he went missing he had been wearing blue jeans, a green T-shirt and black shoes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts, police said, should contact the Limassol CID at 25805057, their nearest police station, or the citizens’ hotline at 1460.
