British High Commission to hold open meeting in Paphos

British High Commissioner Matthew Kidd

THE British High Commissioner, Matthew Kidd, will hold an open meeting for British residents in Paphos later this month.

“Mr Kidd is inviting British residents to the meeting to be held in Paphos and answer questions of concern,” a spokesman for the British High Commission in Nicosia informed the Cyprus Mail.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday February 27 at the Phoenix Social club in Paphos, from 2.30pm- 4.30.pm and is hosted by the Paphos branch of the Royal British Legion.

The meeting will offer residents an opportunity to meet the High Commissioner who will first speak, and then invite British expat residents to ask questions and voice any concerns.

Kidd will give an update on the work of the commission and answer questions from residents about issues including Brexit, the spokesman said.
Similar events will take place in other towns during February
