Pronto pasta: how to make quick-fix spicy shrimp aglio e olio

First, some background: spaghetti aglio e olio is a traditional Italian pasta from Naples. It’s made by lightly sautéing sliced, minced, or pressed garlic in olive oil, sometimes with the addition of dried red chili flakes, and tossing with spaghetti.
