Teen found with €4,700 and cannabis, remanded (Update)

An 18-year-old was remanded in court for three days in Limassol on Sunday, after he was found to have cannabis in his home and wads of cash

A police bulletin on Sunday said he was arrested the previous day at around 1pm when a car was pulled over that a 34-year-old woman was driving. The 18-year-old was a passenger.

Nothing suspect was found in the car but after security a warrant, officers searched his home and found €4,725 in cash, cannabis spores, 15g of cannabis and 10g of a crystal substance.

He was detained for questioning.
