Larnaca Courthouse

The Larnaca Criminal Court on Tuesday jailed three men, each for 10 years, for possession and intent to supply around 1.6 kilos of cocaine.
The three, Greek national Symeon Papageorgiou, 37, Todor Nodyalkov, 52, and 41-year-old Georgi Georgiev, both from Bulgaria, were arrested on August 22 in a flat in Oroklini.
The drug squad was acting on a tip from a foreign service.
Inside the flat, officers found two packages – containing 73 per cent and 71 per cent pure cocaine respectively weighing 1,640 grammes.
Officers also found equipment and substances used to cut the drug.
The three defendants pleaded guilty to importing, and possessing cocaine with intent to supply.
