Cabinet appoints new CERA chief

The Cabinet on Monday appointed Andreas Poulikkas as head of the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (CERA) and Philippos Philippou as vice president, for a period of six years.

It also appointed Irini Lozidou Nicolaidou as the new Commissioner for Personal Data.

A committee for the Prevention and Combating of Violence in the Family was also appointed, headed by Susanna Pavlou and with Martha Apostolidou as vice chair.
