The Fork Food Festival is back in the big city for a second time tonight at the municipal gardens.
The thoughts behind the street food festival and the people who make it possible have been put on paper ever since the stalls started dishing out food, so we will get right down to the menu.
If you like Italian food then you are in luck, Lucia Grasso will serve up some homemade authentic Italian pizzas and some crunchy breaded chicken – just to keep the Italian bread-based tradition going.
The Green Mandala Café will spice-up our taste buds with some Indian vegetable coconut curry and vegan chia seed pudding.
Olives and Burgers will bring a healthy choice to the food list with mango and coconut salads, quinoa and goji berry salads and veggie burgers.
Traditional street food will be found at the Road Buns stand with burgers and homemade fries, and Street Bites offering Korean chicken wings.
A festival favourite, Gua Bao will once again bring their Taiwanese buns, served with either pork or aubergines.
Keeping with the Asian theme, Takes 2 Cooks stall will serve Vietnamese prawn rolls and raw falafels with tahini. The stall will also cater to our sweet tooth with meringues, together with vanilla ice-cream and three different toppings.
