Three suspects arrested after Limassol assault

Three people, a woman, 26 and two men aged 31 and 39, have been arrested in connection with a case of assault and actual bodily harm, police said.

The offences were committed at dawn on November 24 when, according to police, a 37-year-old man walking on a street in Limassol was attacked an injured by several people.

The injured man was taken by ambulance to Limassol hospital and treated for injuries to his face. He was discharged the next day. After securing testimony against the three suspects they were arrested on Saturday night in Limassol, police said.

They were then charged and released until their court hearing at a later date.
