Healing and wellness circles

Various healing and wellness circles are coming up in March as holistic service Heart to Heart Cy organises weekly get-togethers. Each one focuses on different wellness elements to treat both the mind and the soul.

First up is the Easing PMS gathering on March 15 at Vinyasa Yoga Studio in Limassol, all about understanding menstrual cycles and their symptoms. The two-hour evening session, starting at 7pm, will be dedicated to learning about cycle tracking, the natural cycle of menstruation and how to best support body and soul during that time. Anfisa, the workshop facilitator and founder of Heart to Heart Cy, will talk about the four seasons of menstruations and what they signify.

A week later, another women’s circle will take place at the Limassol studio but this one will focus on voice and sounds. The singing circle on March 22 invites women to gather and discover their vocal sound, tone and vibration. Besides the singing, the session will also include a short meditation and gentle breathwork.

The event to follow will kick the heat up slightly as it is a sauna evening. On March 24, Anfisa invites just five women to come together for a total body and mind relaxation by spending some time in a sauna. “An evening dedicated to lightening our bodies of stress and connecting in a positive feminine space,” as the event description writes.
