In today’s episode, according to the latest Henley Passport Index the Cyprus passport has been ranked 16th in the world in terms of the number of destinations its holders can access without a prior visa, dropping one spot on the table compared to last year.

Holders of a Cyprus passport can travel visa-free to 177 destinations.

In other news, a secondary education biology book caused an uproar on social media after a page circulated that suggests abstinence from sex before marriage is the only way to truly prevent infection with STDs.

Elsewhere, Princess Anne met President Nicos Anastasiades at the Presidential Palace on Wednesday as part of her two-day visit to Cyprus. Anastasiades gifted Princess Anne a silver replica of a 4th century BC goblet, as well as a photographic album of Cypriot veterans of the Second World War, while she presented the President with a signed portrait of her.
