Fishing in reservoirs is prohibited until the end of January, as is access to picnic and camping sites, an announcement clarified on Wednesday.

According to the fisheries department, fishing in reservoirs is not allowed until the current lockdown ends on January 31.

Access to the following areas is prohibited until then: playgrounds, public places such as squares, church yards and other religious sites, picnic and camping sites and marinas.

People may visit the following areas only for the purpose of physical exercise, provided that no more than two persons are present, except minors: parks, including linear parks and beaches.

The three-week lockdown, including a return to the SMS system with permission for two outings per day was announced on January 8.

The reasons to leave home include doctor visits, shopping for essentials, helping out people in need and exercising.
