Curfew-breaking, drunk driver arrested

A 32-year-old man from Paphos was arrested on Friday evening after crashing his car into a parked vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, attacking officers and refusing to be subjected to a breathalyser test.

The accident occurred at around 9.20pm when the 32-year-old crashed his car into another vehicle that was parked. The man, according to the police, attacked the officers. After his arrested he refused to undergo a breathalyser and narcotest.

The man was also booked for being out past the 9pm curfew without a justifiable reason.
