Stroumbi square set for facelift

The Ayia Paraskevi Square in Pano Stroumbi, in Paphos will soon get a facelift, it was announced on Saturday.

The Paphos district administration signed a contract on Friday with the successful bidder for the redevelopment of the Ayia Paraskevi Square in Pano Stroumbi.

The project, estimated at €500,124 plus VAT, is expected to be completed within 14 months from the day works begin. The redevelopment studies were prepared by Loucaides & Philippou Architects and works will be carried out by D Kouppis & Sons.

The project will be mainly funded by state funds and with a 10 per cent contribution by the Stroumbi community council.
