Blue cheeseburger with caramelised onions

In this video, cookbook author and YouTube chef Donal Skehan demos his rendition of a caramelised onions and blue cheese burger, paired with garlic shoestring fries. The onions’ combined sweetness and salty, creamy kick from the cheese are a knock-out combo for that perfect burger bite. Enjoy!
