An Open Mic Night at Sarah’s Jazz Club

With the launch of a new series of events called Bar Nights, Sarah’s Jazz Club will hold its first open mic night on November 10. Cultural activities, socialising events and themed nights will begin at Sarah’s Jazz Club with concepts that fit into its overall identity and without, of course, neglecting its live music performances.

Starting at 8.30pm, comedians, performers and actors are invited onto the stage to present their work. Improv, acting scenes, skits, readings, everything and everyone is welcome to take part in a true open mic night style.

Besides the surprises that are to take the stage on Wednesday 10, another highlight of the evening is the bar’s signature cocktail. The Hurricane was originally created in New Orleans, the birthplace of American jazz and blues music and as Sarah’s Jazz Club is its cultural home on the island, a 20 per cent discount will be offered on all Hurricane cocktails during the Open Mic Night. Sip, sit back and enjoy the show – whatever that will be.
