Two Paphos residents arrested for assault and causing bodily harm

Two men from Paphos were arrested on Tuesday in connection with a case of assault and causing bodily harm to a 46-year-old, who reported the case on June 13, Paphos CID said on Wednesday.

The 46-year-old was at Sandy Beach in Lemba on June 11, 12.00 noon with a friend where he was attacked by the two men, whom he knew. He was taken to the Paphos General Hospital where he was found to have a fractured leg as well as a hematoma in the head.

The two men, aged 40 and 41, were charged and released.
