Police arrest third suspect for New Year’s eve car shooting in Paphos

Police on Sunday arrested a third person in connection with the New Year’s eve case of malicious vehicle damage and shootings in Paphos.

According to official statement, police arrested a 26-year-old man on Sunday night, while a 27-year-old man had been arrested on Friday and a 24-year-old was detained for five days, for the same case.

On Monday last week, the victim, a 28-year-old Paphos resident, reported the crime, which took place near an entertainment venue in the very early morning on New Year’s Day.
