In this video, doctor of optometry Joseph Allen suggests seven ways to reduce the strain on our eyes caused by our always-on lifestyle, particularly in the age of remote working.

Eye strain occurs when our eyes get tired from intense use, such as driving a car for extended periods, reading or working at the computer.

Symptoms of eye strain can include:

  • headaches,
  • blurring of the vision,
  • feelings of dryness
