TGIF: three variations on home-made chocolate ice cream

Here at Good Living, we like to mark the end of the working week with a TGIF recipe… A little note of indulgence with which to treat yourself over the weekend, hopefully catching your breath as you cook, bake or mix something that’s a tiny celebration.

This weekend project lets you inaugurate ice-cream season… or, if that feels like it’s too soon, gives you, your family and friends a preview of what awaits when summer officially begins.
