The high-quality pieces of beef are placed on special ventilated shelves where they dry for 28 days. After the process of “dry aging”, the meat is grilled at high intensity and served on a hot plate. This highlights the deliciousness of the juicy steak that “melts in the mouth” and is uniquely combined with a perfect caramelised crust.Also, a very important element is that all the meat used is 100% organic where no hormones or antibiotics are being used, while the meat never goes in the freezer and is always cooked fresh.
