Call centre for Ukrainian refugees

Authorities have set up a call centre to assist Ukrainian refugees in Cyprus, the ministry of research, innovation and digital policy announced Thursday.

The call centre, which started operations as of Thursday, will be providing general information to refugees from Ukraine, regarding immigration, education, welfare, and other issues.

The service is available in Greek and English, Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm on 1477 for Cypriot numbers and for foreign numbers on +357 22 285777.

Over 14,000 Ukrainian refugees have arrived in Cyprus since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine according to Interior Minister Nicos Nouris.
