An evening of Ukrainian culture in Paphos

A unique cultural event featuring several art forms and happenings is taking place in Paphos to support Ukraine. The Charity Art Evening at Technopolis 20 on Thursday is hosted by Dasha Tregubova, a star of Ukrainian cinema, producer, TV presenter of the X-factor show and the author of Dasha is Reading.

Tregubova, with a fanbase spreading all around the world, is active in both creative projects but also social issues. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, she acquired special relevance and significance for Ukrainians who are outside their country. Thursday’s event is her latest action and the evening will include unique live music performances, Ukrainian poetry and footage from favourite movies.

Supported by the Embassy of Ukraine in Cyprus and the Ukrainian House in Paphos, the event will premiere the performance Dasha is Reading as well as welcome Yulia Bulatova, an X-Factor show participant who will sing and play music. In addition to the music and poetry, an exhibition with paintings by Iryna Manukovska, a Ukrainian artist who works with colour and form, will take place as well as a charity auction from the art gallery Velychko.Gallery. Through music, art and creation, the evening acts as a message of togetherness while it raises funds that will be donated to charity in support of Ukraine.
