New video promotes Akamas geology centre (video)

akamas centre

The Paphos regional board of tourism on Friday published a video to promote the Akamas geology and palaeontology centre in Pano Arodes.

The 30-second film was created to boost traffic at the centre, which has recently been low.

The film is already being used in the social media campaign conducted by the board to promote the centre, while it is also being sent to various interested hoteliers, tour operators, tourist portals, among others.

Completed in 2021, the centre is staffed by a qualified and fully trained officer and free guided tours are provided in Greek and English, daily from 10am to 1pm except Sunday.

The centre is accessible to people with disabilities and operates from 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 10am to 2.30pm.
