In today’s episode, medicine shortages have been the biggest problem for patients during the first nine months of the year, head of the patients’ association Marios Kouloumas said on Tuesday.

According to Kouloumas, the observatory of the association said that the majority of complaints they received from January to September this year referred to medicine shortages.

In other news, President Nicos Anastasiades said on Tuesday that his main concern was preserving the unity of Disy.

He was responding to suggestions that he was not fully behind the party’s presidential candidate Averof Neophytou.

Elsewhere, for the second year in a row, Christmas villages will be set up in Derynia, Polis Chrysochous, Fikardou, Agros, Kyperounta, Kalopanayiotis and Kalavasos throughout the festive period.
