Chocolate lab in the heart of the city

Calling all chocolate lovers! This is a mouth-watering event not to miss. Thinker Maker Space of CYENS in Nicosia will turn into a Chocolate Lab this Thursday, oozing chocolate creations and aromas for a creative, and tasty afternoon.

Under the guidance of pastry chef of the year Marios Karagiorgis, participants will experiment with digital fabrication methods to create their own chocolate masterpieces. A Christmas-themed chocolate workshop will take place in the afternoon where participants will make 3D sculptures from chocolate, play with mould designs and modular cookie installations, make a cookie tower and experiment with 3D chocolate printing.

Meanwhile, mulled wine, hot chocolate and various chocolate treats will be served while a ‘choco-bazaar’ will operate with custom-made chocolate decorations, created by the pastry chef in collaboration with the Thinker Maker Space team. All of the proceeds raised from the bazaar will be donated to the Faneromeni Public Kindergarten in Nicosia.

What’s more, this whole afternoon of chocolate making, tasting and experimenting is free to attend.
