Article only showed we’re right to fear 5G

5g

Reporter Gina Agapiou in her article “Overcoming suspicions of 5G” (Sunday Mail, January 31) has accomplished the opposite. The superficial, one-sided coverage more appropriately should have been labelled as an advertisement for Cyta and friends.

Rather than relieving our concerns, this article reaffirms why people do not trust the government and their corporate pals, as they trot out the usual psycho pop and rehearsed scripts.

In the interests of brevity in a letter to the Editor, I will mention only one highly relevant fact conveniently omitted, which can easily be verified. World experts in risk assessment are backtracking from insuring telecom companies on risks of electromagnetic fields (EMF). In 2019, one of the world’s largest insurance companies, Swiss Re, classified unforeseen consequences of EMFs into the highest risk class. This includes 3G, 4G and 5G.

In addition, one of the biggest telecom companies, Verizon, in 2020, issued a disclosure warning to shareholders about personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits due to its wireless business which could result in paying significant damages or settlements.

An awkward fact is that already there are many successful court cases in countries against telecoms for damages caused by EMF radiation. One rarely hears about them due to out-of-court gag orders as part of settlements and controlled mainstream media.

5G is yet another mass experiment on a public denied full information and consent on risks. Propaganda articles are a sign of influence of vested interests and corporate capture of regulatory agencies. The latter is no conspiracy theory.
