Ina Garten’s ‘Cape Cod’ salad with blue cheese and cranberries

In this video, cookbook author and Food Network host, Ina Garten whips up a wonderfully fresh ‘Cape Cod’ chopped salad, pulsing with the salt-sweet flavours of blue cheese and cranberries, and dressed with a zinging vinaigrette.

The salad is called ‘Cape Cod’ due to the fact that Massachusetts, from whose mainland the cape extends into the Atlantic, is famous for its cranberries, which are among the highlights of this particular creation.

Thanks to its brightness and freshness, this salad is sure to leave you sated and invigorated any given lunchtime, and will be particularly appreciated for its delicious blend of proteins, fats, fruits and veggies.
