Larnaca-Famagusta criminal court on Wednesday jailed a 33-year-old man from Greece for 13 years after finding him guilty of illegally importing 27 kilos of cannabis.
The man was arrested at Larnaca Airport on arrival from Athens on April 12 when customs and the drugs squad found the cannabis in his suitcase after it went through an X ray machine.
He was arrested for possession with intent to supply.
