Man wanted for injuring another in argument over €20

A 35-year-old man is wanted by the police as part of an investigation into a case of assault and causing serious bodily harm against a 37-year-old in Paphos.

According to police, on Sunday the 37-year-old reported that he was attacked by a person he named because he refused to give him €20.

The suspect kicked him on the shoulder, causing him to lose his balance and fall from the 1.5 metre high balcony of his apartment.

The complainant was transferred to Paphos General Hospital, where it was found that he had an injury and a fractured left arm.

An arrest warrant has been issued against the 35-year-old.
