Summer time ends on October 31

Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, October 31, and clocks should be set back one hour, the energy ministry said on Thursday.

At 04.00 hours local time,  clocks will turn back to 03.00 hours, an official press release said.

In EU countries winter time starts on the last Sunday of October and lasts until the last Sunday of March the following year.
