A Nicosia restaurant announced it will be accepting payments with cryptocurrencies, the first such business to introduce this, it said on Thursday.

Think 30, located on Stasikratous Street in Nicosia, citing the recent developments in the digital world and the rise of various digital currencies, announced it is now offering its customers the option of paying with cryptocurrencies, if they wish.

The restaurant, that has named several of its drinks after digital currencies, said it will be accepting the following digital currencies: Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Cardano, Shiba INU, Dogecoin, XRP, Solana and Polkadot.

Customers who chose this type of payment will be able to scan a QR code and pay their bill with the crypto of their choice, the restaurant said.
