Education minister to attend EYCS council next week

Education Minister Prodromos Pordromou departed Cyprus for Brussels on Sunday to attend works of the education, youth, culture and sport (EYCS) council that will take place on Monday and Tuesday.

According to the relevant announcement, the minister will return to the island on Wednesday.

The EYCS Council is composed of the ministers responsible for education, culture, youth, media, communication and sport from all EU member states with the aim to provide a framework for cooperation between the countries, for exchange of information and experience on areas of common interest.
