Man stopped at Paphos airport with fake documents

A 28-year-old has been arrested in Paphos for using a false identity and circulating forged documents.

According to Paphos police spokesman Michalis Nicolaou, a man presented travel documents at Paphos airport intending to take a flight to France which were deemed suspect and were then identified as fake and representing a different person.

After inquiries his true identity was established and he was arrested.
