Man arrested for impersonation at Paphos airport

Paphos police on Thursday arrested a 34-year-old man for a case of impersonation.

According to the police, at 5pm a man presented himself at the departures desk of Paphos airport with a Belgian passport, bound for France.

The photo depicted in the travel document did not resemble the person, who admitted his true age and information upon questioning.

He was subsequently arrested and taken into custody.
