Heavy rain on Paphos-Limassol highway

Police on Wednesday urged drivers on the Paphos-Limassol highway to be particularly careful because of heavy rain and strong winds.

They said that the adverse weather was affecting the area between Episkopi and Paphos, adding that there has also been accumulation of water on the road surface.

“Drivers on the highway are urged to be particularly careful, to drive slowly, have their lights switched on and maintain a distance from vehicles ahead,” the police said.
