Construction on the Tower has been proceeding seamlessly and according to schedule, with the development well on track to meet all projected completion estimates. Notable milestones achieved so far include the completion of the foundation piles, the building’s slab-on-grade, the perimeter retaining walls and all three of the underground basement levels and parking spaces.

At this stage, work on the superstructure is progressing rapidly, including the building’s load-bearing structure. Ongoing structural construction on the ground, mezzanine, and first floors includes completion of the first three floors of the reinforced concrete frame, as well as the infrastructure for the metal elements of the building, which have been installed from the ground floor level to the fourth floor, including all three basement levels. Masonry work is in progress on the three basement levels, and the infrastructure for the mechanical and electrical installations is being installed in parallel.

Construction is being led by ZEMCO CONSTRUCTIONS Ltd, renowned for unparalleled quality and reliability. As for the Tower’s striking design, it is the vision of contemporary office building specialists George Stamatiou Architects LLC, who developed an integrated design strategy, bringing together architecture, landscaping and superior materials, with the latest construction innovations.

The project’s current timely headway is also made possible thanks to a distinguished team of consultants comprised of Side to Side interior designers; Ambiens ESG for LEED certification; P.J. Karayiannis Civil Engineers LLC as project managers; ATKINS as concept architects; A.S.D Hyperstatic Engineering Design, in collaboration with the British multinational company ARUP for civil engineering.
